The Mobile World Congress comes back to Barcelona with the most unique, and innovative mobile gadgets we’ve seen in recent memory.

5G enabled devices and foldable phones stole the event, it was almost impossible to run away from these two big trends at this year’s biggest and largest mobile event.

Here are the highlights of the Mobile World Congress 2019:

Samsung Galaxy S10

Samsung finally unveiled the Galaxy S10 line of phones at MWC and it comes with 3 variations. The Samsung Galaxy S10, S10+, and S10e. With more larger and sharper screens, bigger battery capacity, faster performance, additional cameras, and the reverse wireless charging. These phones are probably the highlight of the show.

Nokia 9 Pure View

Nokia jumped out everyone with the Nokia 9 PureView’s five rear cameras. FIVE. YES, FIVE.
Billed as the most powerful smartphone camera system ever, the Nokia 9 PureView’s five cameras collect up to 60 megapixels worth of data to create stunning photos with more detail and dynamic range. Is this the camera phone that’ll finally kill real cameras? Maybe, we will see.

Huawei Mate X

Huawei unleashed the best foldable phone at Mobile World Congress. It is called the Mate X, compared to Samsung’s Galaxy Fold, it has a larger screen, good design, and much faster 5g connectivity. The future when phones transform into a tablet and into a phone is one of the most unimaginable things but it is available now, but with a huge price. It is worth $2,600 and it will be launched by June.  The future is not cheap indeed.

Oppo 10x optical camera zoom

The Chinese tech giant surprised Mobile World Congress attendees a few years ago with a 5x optical zoom camera system. This year Oppo returned with a bang, 10x optical zoom camera technology. It was tested and it definitely lets you zoom much very closer to the subject with great details. One of its kind this one is a must try.

Huawei MateBook X Pro (2019)

Considered one of the best laptops of 2018, this year’s release is even better. The design is still as thin and light as before, the keyboard, trackpad, touchscreen, and a popup integrated webcam is also a good addition. Equipped with an Intel 8th-gen processor, more powerful NVIDIA graphics, and a quick transfer option with a Huawei phone.

MWC is still ongoing now, watch out for our updates for the latest mobile tech gadgets to be revealed!
